Quiet Ground Floor Room in Newcastle Conservation Area (Newcastle upon Tyne)
We've been having theatre and music guests since June 2018.
We have a ground floor room with adjacent bath/shower and toilet facilities.
The room has a comfortable mattressed sofa bed, wardrobe and television.
You have use of our kitchen which is upstairs and garden.
Also by arrangement you can have the use of our in tune Broadwood PIANO.
We are in the Summerhill Conservation Area which is centrally located, being 12 minutes walk from Newcastle Central station and 20 minutes walk from Theatre Royal and Grey’s Monument.
Bedding, towels, toiletries and slippers are provided.
Parking is by permit which can be provided free by arrangement.
