Living with Host
Light, bright and good sized double bedroom with garden view in a terraced Victorian maisonette. The property is in a quiet but convenient location, on a residential street but with easy access to buses, tubes, shops and restaurants, so you get the best of both worlds. Friendly and fun live in landlord (me!) but is also respectful of others' space and privacy. I work full time, mostly from home. I like cooking, cycling, yoga, crafting, seeing my friends and traveling, as much as work will allow.
Guest Parking
Parking is tricky as you now need a permit from the council. I have a bike which I store in my bedroom and happy to store a second bike if you have one - especially if it's foldable (we have floorboards and the bedrooms are near the front door so you don't need to worry about carpets)
The Area and Transport
The flat is relatively small but warm and cozy. The room is a good size and comfortable with plenty of natural light and has a view of the garden. It's a Victorian flat and I have neighbours above and next door but they tend to be fairly quiet. The area is residential with lots of young professionals and families. The nearest bus stop is five minutes walk and the nearest tube is 15 minutes walk with great links into the city and central London. London bridge is 10 minutes on the tube. There are lots of shops and restaurants on your doorstep.

This space is shared with 1 Host.
Your bedroom is private. All other spaces- the entrance hall, living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom are all shared. I often work from home in the living room but if you will be home during the day I am happy to work from my bedroom or I sometimes go out to work from cafes or other co-working spaces. Occasionally my partner stays over but this would normally be at a weekend and I would try to let you know in advance.

When you have a shower or cook food please ensure the room is ventilated for example by using extractor fans and opening windows. Please make sure all windows are closed and front door is locked when you leave (if I'm not home). Other than that I want you to have a lovely time and make yourself at home 😊
