Guest Parking
The house is in a small cul de sac. Parking is limited in the cul de sac but is available around the corner on Bangor Rd which is a minute's walk.
The Area and Transport
650 m to Sundrive Rd which has all amenities - cafes, bars, supermarket, wine bar, pharmacies, hardware etc. 500m to park. Bus stop 3 minutes away. 20 minute bus ride or cycle to city centre. 45 minute walk to city.

Double bedroom with ensuite is private to the guest. Kitchen and living area are shared with the host. The host uses the bathroom downstairs.
