Ensuite double room with blackout curtains in quiet cul de sac. Two storey house with garden access and full use of kitchen and living areas.500m to local park. 650m to cafes and supermarket. Gas central heating as well as stove in the living area.

Guest Parking

The house is in a small cul de sac. Parking is limited in the cul de sac but is available around the corner on Bangor Rd which is a minute's walk.

The Area and Transport

650 m to Sundrive Rd which has all amenities - cafes, bars, supermarket, wine bar, pharmacies, hardware etc. 500m to park. Bus stop 3 minutes away. 20 minute bus ride or cycle to city centre. 45 minute walk to city.
