You’ll have a comfortable double room with wardrobe, drawers, and weekly fresh bedding and towels. The bathroom is technically shared but effectively near‑private, as I’m out 7am–8pm on weekdays and most of the weekend. You may use the home office during the day, which includes a standing desk and fast Wi‑Fi. Shared spaces include the kitchen (light cooking only), breakfast bar for meals, lounge (quiet, no TV), and the garden backing onto a park. Tea and coffee are provided. The aim is to offer a calm, supportive space ideal for theatre schedules.
Excluded Facilities
Certain areas are not available for guest use: my bedroom, the loft room, private storage areas and the dining room. No overnight guests, and daytime visitors only with prior agreement. No smoking, vaping or pets. Heavy cooking (baking, roasting, long‑duration meals) isn’t allowed to keep the home comfortable and manageable. Please use only the designated areas: your room, bathroom, kitchen for light cooking, home office, lounge and garden. These boundaries keep the stay smooth, secure and respectful for both of us.
