This is a quiet double room on the first floor of the house, looking out to the garden. 2 individual adults and 1 mature domestic cat live here.
You will be able to use the kitchen, shower room and lounge as you need. We are a vegetarian/vegan home only.
Payment will need to be made on arrival.

On street paid parking at £8.90 per day. Marked spaces only, cannot be reserved.
The Area and Transport
We are located at the top of a very steep hill. It is a 10-minute walk from central Brighton, the train station and the beach. There are buses within a 2 mins walk of the house.

Amber is a welcoming and accommodating host.

A very beautiful, clean and comfortable house with really good bus links to the theatre. Amber was super helpful and lovely to chat to.
The only slight downside is the car parking situation as there are no visitor permits for the road. However, I was able to park near by but had to remember to renew my permit each morning and to move the car to avoid a penalty. But, as Brighton is very tricky to park in overall, it was only a slight issue.
