1 kingsize and 2 double bedrooms in a detached house with full use of kitchen. In walking distance to town centre, both Theatres, Key Theatre and New Theatre, the Cathedral, supermarkets, restaurants train & bus stations.

Free parking available on the street in front of the property.
The Area and Transport
Large detached house on a quiet street with 3 spacious bedrooms, all with double or kingsize beds, clothes storage and desks. The front door opens into a spacious hallway leading into the kitchen with breakfast bar and utility room. There is a good size family bathroom upstairs and a separate shower room downstairs plus a cloakroom. Guest have access to all above facilities. For longer stays, guest have access to use the washing machine (ONCE A WEEK).
9 mins drive/30mins walk to Key Theatre
9 mins drive/24mins walk to New Theatre
Both theatres are in the town centre, close to Queensgate shopping centre, Train station and bus station. There is a bus stop near the property that will get you into the town centre in 12 mins. All popular supermarkets available close to property and the theatres.
The Cresset Theatre is 15-20 mins car drive away NOT easily walkable.

All bedrooms have a lockable door. The bathroom upstairs and shower room downstairs are all shared. The kitchen and entrance area are shared.
Excluded Facilities
There is NO access to the back garden as there is a separate dwelling.
There is a covered smoking area by the front door for guests who smoke.

This is a NO SMOKING property-smoking outdoors only please. There is a covered area by the front door with a sand bucket for smoking outdoors.
Please keep communal areas clean and tidy by washing up and putting things away after use in the kitchen. Leave toilets, bath and shower areas clean after use so it is pleasant for everyone.
Be considerate to other guests and our neighbours and keep noise levels down both indoors and outdoors.
Guests staying more than a week can use the washing machine ONCE A WEEK.
