Snug with flat screen TV, sofa bed, wardrobe. Generous double lockable bedroom with wardrobe/desk/chest. New ensuite shower room. Shared laundry with host. Friendly easy going host.

Guest Parking

Please note it is very difficult to park in Truro, only chargeable car parks/permit or time restricted parking possible.
Host offers driveway parking for guests at £5 per night, payable on check in.

The Area and Transport

HfC Theatre/city centre/restaurants, bars and shops 8 mins walk away. Nearest gastro pub 5 mins walk. Bus station 10 mins walk, train station 15/20 mins walk. Taxi's available at station, Cornwall now offers Uber too.

Really enjoyed my stay at Jan's place. The space was private, comfortable, and had everything I needed. Jan was a welcoming host and was easy to chat with when the time allowed. Not too far a walk from the theatre either. Highly recommend.

A lovely place to stay with a lovely friendly host and a nice walk to the theatre. There were a couple of things left behind from previous guests in the fridge and bathroom that possibly shouldn't have been there. But overall a lovely stay. thank you!
