Bright, light terraced house with large open plan kitchen diner, small living room, small and cosy double room, shared bathroom (bath with overhead shower), GCH, Wifi, small back yard populated with plants.

A small study is available, if a separate working area is required, and key light with a mobile stand for those last-minute self-tapes.

Sharing with the female owner, the house is in the L8 area within 20-30 mins walking distance of the theatres, city centre, and Sefton and Princes Park. 2 mins walk to local bus routes into town, 5-10 min walk to shops and supermarkets, local chemist and hairdressers round the corner.
