Living with Host
Sunny, comfortable double room in a peaceful Southsea home (2-bed mid terrace).
Shared access to upstairs bathroom, living/dining area, kitchen and garden. Walking distance to theatres, seafront, restaurants and shops on a very quiet residential street.
I occupy the second bedroom, so you will be the only paying guest.
Both bedrooms are on the first floor, along with the shared bathroom with a shower and bath. Downstairs, there's a shared living/dining area and kitchen. There is a walled, west-facing garden with a lawn and sun in the afternoon, which you’re welcome to use.
Light use of the kitchen and washing machine. I can provide space in the fridge and breakfast of cereal, toast, tea and coffee is included.
I have two indoor cats who will not be in your room, but they have free access to the rest of the house.
It’s a smoke-free home but you can smoke or vape in the garden.
Tidy, clean, quiet household, welcoming and friendly :-)
Guest Parking
There is on street parking on the residential streets near my house. It is restricted to permit holders only between 4:30pm and 6:30pm (Mon-Sun). Permits are available for £1.15 per day.

Gunwharf Quays – 30 min walk (shops, restaurants, marina)
Fratton train station – 15/20 min walk – good services to London/Cardiff/Southampton/West Country
Main buses run nearby and hover/ferry terminals are within walking distance.

Sam was a very lovely friendly host. Was lovely to chat to and very welcoming and accommodating. The room was a prefect space and just round the corner from the theatre less than a 3 min walk away! Thank you!
