Living with Host
While the house isn't right next to a theatre, it is right next to a beach, so on those non-matinee days you'll be able to enjoy a real relaxing seaside experience complete with seagulls and the sound of the waves at high tide. The room has a comfy queen sized bed, a small chest of drawers and large mirror. There is a shared bathroom with bath and shower, and plenty of space downstairs to relax on the world's comfiest corner sofa. I do have a golden retriever so this digs wouldn't be suitable for anyone with dog allergies. He is so friendly and will give you a nice welcome when you get in.

There is a free parking space on the drive.
The Area and Transport
Shell Seeker is a quiet two double bedroom terraced house with a little patio backyard. It is on a lovely road frequented by people walking to the beach, led by their dogs and children, or with paddleboards and picnics in tow in summer.
At high tide it's around four minutes on foot from leaving the front door to feeling the cool sea lapping over your feet. The shingle coast is lined with beach huts in pretty pastels.
If you turn right out of the front door instead of left to the beach, you will get to Rustington shops in 10 minutes on foot. Here there is a fantastic Waitrose, a Waterstones, a Boots etc and some fabulous restaurants including an Italian, Indian, Thai and Mediterranean.
Go inland and you have Arundel Castle, and the South Downs to explore, with some great walks and country pubs. The Chichester Festival Theatre is only 30 minutes away and Worthing and Brighton in the other direction are easily accessible by car, train or bus.
