Bright comfortable double bedroom with plenty of storage, venetian blinds, fully lined curtains and central heating, overlooking rear garden. Shared bathroom with rainforest shower over bath. Guests have full use of kitchen/diner and lounge, which has TV and Sky Broadband. As well as access to the garden with plenty of seating, water feature and outside lighting. Two small shops are within walking distance and nearby bus route into town centre, station and theatre. Retail parks, supermarkets, Darlington Arena and town centre all within easy driving distance.

The Area and Transport
The house is situated in a quiet close approximately 30-40 minutes walk from the newly extended Darlington Railway Station. There is a bus route into town about five minutes walk from here. The Hippodrome Theatre is a six minute drive with accessible parking. Darlington is a host to a number of venues including the Majestic theatre, the Forum music venue, VUE cinema. Darlington Arena and Hopetown Darlington which is a railway themed attraction hosting numerous events throughout the year.
