What does this mean?

Welcome. I live in a beautiful house in a private mews in central Brighton. The Theatre Royal, Dome and Brighton Centre are under a 5 minute walk from me as is Churchill Square which is the main shopping centre . Brighton has so much to offer and it’s all on my door step. A ten minute walk to Brighton station too and a regular bus service within a minutes walk. And of course the famous Brighton beach and its pier is less than 5 mins from me.
Your room is spacious and warm over looking my secret garden. There is a desk if you need to work.
You will share the bathroom and kitchen with me. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are more than welcome to cook. I also have a beautiful secret garden which is rare in central Brighton. Sometimes you will have use of visitors parking. Smoking is strictly prohibited. I look forward to welcoming you.

John's place was wonderful. Clean, quiet and a perfect distance from the theatres and the beach.
Great communication throughout! There was an issue with the shower that John moved heaven and earth to fix and was sorted very quickly.
Would highly recommend!

Best digs experience ever! John is the kindest and funniest host! What an amazing human who i’m happy to call my friend now☺️ The location is super convenient, quiet but right next to anything you might need. I will definitely be back xx
