9 Barbican Court is a 2 bed terrace house ideally located within walking distance to Exeter City Centre, Exeter St David’s Station, Exeter Quay and lovely river walks. The Northcott Theatre is situated on the University Campus and is a 30mins walk from the house, or 10/15 mins drive. There is also a good bus service to the Uni from the city centre which takes about 10mins and will drop you right outside the theatre.
