What does this mean?

Quiet cosy room with small double bed, tea and coffee making facilities & mini fridge. Use of luxury bathroom which has free standing bath and separate shower. You will only be sharing with myself and I have hosted guests for many years so you will be made to feel very welcome.

Guest Parking

It is a resident parking area and I can purchase you permits at £2.50 per day

The Area and Transport

My little Victorian house is tucked away on a quiet street just off Moulsham Street, a 10 minute walk from the City Centre and 15 minutes from the railway, bus station & Chelmsford Theatre . There are frequent trains to Liverpool Street (35 minutes) & Stratford (20 mins)
