Living with Host
Boutique style contemporary ensuite double room in hosts modern clean three storey detached home.
I’m a single male host and my room is on another floor giving you a quite a private space. Blackout window coverings for better sleep. I have no pets.
Access to garden and full use of kitchen and living areas. Near to city centre.
Located in a safe neighbourhood and 15min walking distance from the station. Key/New Theatres are a 25 min walk or 10 min by taxi. I can usually pick up from the station and have no specific check in or out times. Local shop (co-op) within a 5 min walk open until late.
Help yourself to tea/coffee/filtered water/bread/cereals/eggs etc. You’ll have a shelf in my fridge . Smoking in garden area only.
Towels and toiletries etc in room. Friendly and happy to help or socialise or give you space.

Guest Parking
I have a driveway that will take 2 cars (one being my car ) end to end. Security cameras on driveway for reassurance. EV Charger available at cost. There are also resident parking areas nearby that can be used giving flexibility around access times.
The Area and Transport
Quiet area close to City Centre. About 25 min to theatres. Under 5 min drive to railway station. Pick-ups abd drop offs possible. Great links to London (45min).

This space is shared with 1 Host.
Its a 3 storey house and my bedroom is on the top floor.
Your room would be on the middle floor with private ensuite bathroom so there is a lot of privacy for guests. There would be no one else on your floor unless stated when booking.
You have shared use (with me) of the ground floor - kitchen, dining room and lounge with TV. I make space in the fridge and cupboards for food you may have.

Ian is the perfect host in a lovely house, with a great ensuite double bedroom. Was lucky enough to stay for 6 weeks here during rehearsals and performances at the Key, and then New Theatres (both 25 min walk), and Ian went out of his way to make sure me and my cast-mate's time staying in Peterborough as easy and relaxing as possible. Couldn't recommend more highly!

Ian is a fantastic host. This is one of the best and cleanest digs I have stayed in. You will not be disappointed booking here. About a 20 minute walk to the theatres. Ian is very knowledgeable about the area and can give you lots of hints and tips.
