What does this mean?

We have a spacious detached converted farm house. The accommodation is a fully private and self contained annexe beneath our family home. It is light, south facing with views of Grimescar Valley from the bi-fold doors. Property consists of double bed and own en suite including shower, sink and toilet. Kitchenette with sink microwave induction hob fridge freezer. Tv and Wifi. Washing machine available on request situated in another room. Property has large 3/4 acre garden including allotment. Ample off road parking you can park right outside your room with easy access to turn. 10 minutes bus from town and railway station,(bus stop 3 minutes walk.) By car 5 minute drive to Lawrence Batley theatre. We are just off junction 24 of M62 for easy access to and from property.
We will provide bed linen, towels.

The perfect place for R&R! Delightful stay with Nick and his family; accommodation has all you need for a long-term let with a luxurious shower and comfy double bed, along with cosy loveseat. The views are simply the best in the area! Keen to return <3

Pictures don't do it justice! Really lovely spacious place, very clean and organized with everything I needed for simple cooking and tea. Thank you, Nick! The journey to Lawrence Batley Theatre was easy by bus but beware to get off on the earlier stop by the Tesco because I followed Maps to a stop a couple after that at night and was walking through very dark busy roads without sidewalks to get back to the house

Nick is a great host and offers a little hideaway fully kitted out in the bedsit under his home. It was warm, cosy and i Was sad to leave!

Absolutely lovely place, and the hosts were stars who communicated quickly and were very flexible. So great to be in a completely separated brilliant little flat as opposed to the usual house share.

It is a little awkward in its placement - perfectly fine if you have a car but it turns out the local buses are a little less reliable than one would like.

I would also warn that if you are much taller than me (6ft 1") you will not fit properly under the shower (but there is a flexible attachment).

This was a little haven and I am so glad I booked. The annexe had everything you could need with cooking facilities, a great shower and comfy bed. There is a little garden infront which I was lucky enough to get a lot of use out of, as it was so sunny. It felt very private and Nick was very friendly and helpful when I first arrived. I wish all the digs I stayed in were like this!

Brilliant accommodation in a lovely setting on the outskirts of Huddersfield, Nick and family made me feel very welcome.

Really beautiful locarion, very comfortable, so near M62, Nick is a lovely host, very friendly, but self contained so lots of privacy. Excellent studio flat, really comfy bed. Excellent

Lovely, self contained space kitted out with everything you could possibly need. Nick is a great host. Would definitely stay here again. Only 10 minute drive to the Lawrence Batley. It was nice to be in a peaceful, scenic spot slightly out of town.

A perfect self contained space in the most beautiful garden setting. Really easy 20minute drive to The Alhambra. Perfect tranquil escape from the theatre madness! Nick was great with communication and so accommodating.

I loved my stay here, Nick was a kind, easy going and welcoming host but also always respected my privacy. The studio had a comfortable bed and nice en-suite with a super shower, and well equipped to cook simple meals. Super views too! Thanks Nick

A lovely room/annex that provides a peaceful stay in Huddersfield. A little further out than I would usually book, but reasonable buses, and taxi's weren't too expensive. Also an easy drive in. It was super peaceful and a great retreat!
