1 good sized bedroom with king sized bed, with en-suite, in a modern, clean, and fully furnished apartment building. There is full use of living and kitchen areas. The bedroom and en-suite both have locks on the inside.
The apartment building is situated in Manchester City Centre in a safe, and relatively quiet area. There is mainly just some very light traffic noise in the evening. Both the Palace Theatre and Manchester Opera House are a 20 minute walk away and both train stations are within a short walking distance.
There’s an onsite gym and a roof terrance with sofas, which is great for catching the sun in the summer months. Manchester Arndale Shopping Centre is a 5 minute walk away too.

The Area and Transport
Situated in Manchester City Centre at the edge of the Northern Quarter, the apartment building is a 5 minute walk from Manchester Victoria Station and a 15 minute walk from Manchester Picadilly Station. All theatres in the City Centre (such as Palace Theatre or the Opera House) are roughly a 20 minute walk away. There’s a Co-Op next door that is open every day until 11pm. There’s several Pure gyms nearby as well as an on-site gym too.
