The property is a three bedroom house with a very generous living area, with lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are three bathrooms - one on each level.
There is a huge smart TV in the ground floor living area. Bedrooms have king size beds.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine, as well as high speed WIFI.

There are visitor parking spaces as well as plenty of street parking outside the property.
The Area and Transport
The house is situated adjacent to the main line canal which is a 15 minute walk to the REP theatre, and only a further 5/10 minutes on to the Alex and Hippodrome. An Uber to all city centre venues is roughly £5-£6 and there is a city centre bus on the main road a short walk from the house.
The house is just outside the ring road, and a short walk from Edgbaston Reservoir as well as the canal network (for walking, cycling, running, etc).
There is a Lidl and petrol station very near by.
