Two bedrooms with en suit bathroom; both with curtains and with plenty of cupboard and drawer space. Bright, sunny drawing room with large TV, dining room, study and kitchen. Washing machine and dishwasher available. Small, very secluded patio garden and terrace with a stunning view.
Guest Parking
Guest day and/or two hour parking permits available.
The Area and Transport
Period listed terrace house 10 minutes walk from the station and with buses just round the corner. Very close to the festival theatre and to other attractions including the cathedral and the Pallant Gallery.

Rubbish is collected Tuesday morning around 10.30/11.00. I don’t have council bins and if you are putting out rubbish on Monday evening please put it INSIDE the black bin and not beside it, as the foxes and seagulls can tear these apart. Black bags are kept in the drawer to the left of the oven together with a calendar of waste/recycle week.
