Shared Space

What does this mean?

The Guest suite is the ground floor of our home, withe only shared facilities being the front door/hallway and the Washing Machine.
The bedroom is a good size double, with TV, and wardrobe. Large Mirror, bedside lamps, and plenty of plugs. There is a blinds, and curtains, so its nice and dark for the lay-ins!
In the room is a table and chairs, and an armchair with a TV, leading out to the wonderful garden, which is a work in progress, but is a real sun trap for a morning coffee.
Theres a great ensuite shower room with Power Shower!
There is a kitchenette attached, with kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Slow Cooker, Hob, selection of pans, as well as Plates, Bowls and Glasses, and your own fridge, but the Main house kitchen is also free to use, if you need

Guest Parking

One off Road parking space, or lots of street Parking. being a Cul-de-sac, its very quiet and safe.

The Area and Transport

Crownhill is just on the outskirts of Plymouth, but has excellent transport links into the city centre, with 3 bus routes running 5am till midnight, every 15 mins, a 5 min walk away, and takes around 15 mins.
Driving takes around 15 mins, Taxis are available and cost £8-£12
Walking would take around an hour.

you are welcome to use the Living room, Kitchen and Garden, all shared by myself and my partner. The Guest Suite is the ground floor of the home, where the only shared facilities are the Front door/Hallway and the Washing machine (thats in the Guest Kitchenette)
