What does this mean?

Lovely three story Edwardian house. Pleasant first floor double bedroom overlooking the garden. Shared use of kitchen/diner and comfortable living room. Sole use toilet, shared bathroom and shower. Free wifi.

Guest Parking

Parking is easy but not inexpensive. It can be purchased from Wandsworth council, but it’s £10 a day or £60 a week.

The Area and Transport

Easy walking distance (7 mins) from Balham tube and mainline. 18-20 mins tube to the West End.
12 minute train to Victoria.
Between the station and digs a wide range of shops, including artisan foods, Boots, and a large Sainsburys.
Balham has a good and wide selection of pubs, bars and restaurants. I can recommend The Bedford Pub, The Indian Room, Ciullosteria, Firefly, Pho, Pizza Express, The Balham Bowls Club... For those with a West End company membership, we also boast a branch of the Soho House Club.
