If you drive here, you won't need your car again until the show run ends at the Palace Theatre or the Cliffs Pavilion.

The Palace is under 5 mins walk away whilst the Cliffs is around 20 mins walk away. We offer an airy double bedroom (single bed) with your own comfortable leather sofa in our Victorian 5 bed house. In the morning feel free to help yourself to a breakfast cereal or a slice of toast with your morning brew.

You have run of the house so you can cook your own lunch/dinner in our fitted kitchen or soak up some rays in the back garden. Our smoking guests seem to like spending quite a bit of time 'soaking up the rays' whatever time of year it is lol.
There is also a massive choice of nearby restaurants, beautiful parks, a busy High Street and of course the famous Southend Seafront where you can choose to spend a bit of downtime.

Although we're newbies to this platform, we've been hosting guests at our home for the last 10 years so we are 'match fit' when it comes to making our guests feel welcome and acting as a local guide.
