What does this mean?

Hi there! I'm Ulysses and I'm relatively new to Theatre Digs, hence the lack in reviews. Don't hesitate in messaging me if you have any questions about the place!

The room is self-contained with a shared bathroom. It’s located within a old and a bit rickety 1840s Victorian mansion that is split into a mix of one bed and studio flats. We’re all creatives, mostly musicians and performers. We share a huge lovely garden that backs out straight onto the park. We also have a sauna in the garden! The room is small with very high ceilings, hence the mezzanine. You have your own kitchen corner - barely a kitchen. It's a sink, an induction plate, mini fridge, toaster and kettle. The two bathrooms are newly done up with underfloor heating shared with the other people on your floor.

The view over the garden is peaceful and you’ll wake up to bird song!

Guest Parking

Free parking on street and on the drive if there's space. If there's no space in the drive there's always on road parking around.

The Area and Transport

Princes Park is a leafy quiet residential area with great transport links into town. Walking you'll be at the edge of the city centre in 20min and several bus routes take you there quicker.
Everyman/Unity: 30min walk
Playhouse/Empire/Royal Court: 45min walk

This space is shared with 1 child and 8 other permanent tenants.

Your room has a lockable door and so do the others on that floor. Everyone else in the house is a permanent tenant. The two bathrooms are shared with four other people all living on the same floor. There is no shared living area a part from the garden.

We all share a coin operated washing machine and a dryer in the basement. £2 for a wash, £2-6 for a dry, depending how many clothes and how dry you want them.
