This studio has two separate areas, one has a kingsize bed, and the other has a quality double sofa bed. Separated by a good sized bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen, diner, living area.
There are privacy curtains to separate the spaces, ensuring a comfortable cosy stay.
Guest Parking
A few minutes walk from Lime Street station and Central Station and bus stations. If using a car, there is parking at Mount Pleasant or Brownlow Hill which is less expensive than St John's Market, but St John's is nearer.
The Area and Transport
This has got to be the best location in Liverpool when visiting the city and wanting to be in the middle of all the city has to offer.
Its L1 and just off the main shopping street, a stones throw from Lime Street and Central Station, as well as backing onto the Liverpool Playhouse and a short walk to the Empire and the Royal Court and the Epstein.
The spacious studio is in a historic building that has recently been renovated and was previously Reece's ballroom where John Lennon had his first marriage.
It's the perfect pad for any stay in Liverpool.

I had an absolutely great stay and would definitely book again. Lovely and spacious apartment in a great location.
Although a heads up you do need to pay for the laundry room.

Great stay in Hazel's compact flat which is so close to the Playhouse stage door. Communication was excellent thoughout. It's worth bearing in mind that use of the laundry room incurs extra payment and that there is no iron or ironing board in the flat.
The only downside was the communal areas of the building (outside of Hazel's control) which are poorly maintained by the management company.

Gorgeous stay in Liverpool. So central and perfectly situated for both work and leisure. Hazel was incredible helpful from start of booking until check out. I'll definitely be back!

Very nice self accom in the city centre. Just the other side of the station, very easy to find and to collect the keys. Loved furnishings, appliances and the big tv. Would stay again, thank you!

Lovely place in Liverpool, very central, perfect location. The double bed was actually two singles put together but still comfortable. Would recommend staying here.

I originally booked this apartment through Airbnb but Hazel was kind enough to put it on TDB for me! It was a godsend when opening a tour over Xmas - excellent central location, fab amenities, communication was amazing - I had the best time!
