The accommodation is a two bedroom modern house on the Fruit Market / Marina area of Hull.
The house is equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay.
The property comprises of a master bedroom with a king bed & rear bedroom with a double bed
High speed wi-fi is complimentary and the courtyard garden is a lovely private space to relax & enjoy the sun. A modern kitchen with oven, microwave & washing machine leads into the lounge area with large screen smart TV.
There is a downstairs toilet and an upstairs bathroom with bath and shower. A lovely place to stay and enjoy the sights of Hull.
Guest Parking
The property has a private parking space in a secure courtyard with 2.5mtr height limit. Please note that the parking space requires a permit which is provided but a charge of £30 would have to be made for a replacement permit, if not left on checkout.
The Area and Transport
Convenient for all Town Centre venues (walking time to - Connexin Arena / 5min, Hull City Hall / 10min, Hull New Theatre /15min). The train and bus station is a 15min walk away adjacent to a Tesco's superstore.
The Deep Aquarium is a 5 min walk and easy access to all Hull Museums & Art Gallery.
Perfect location to utilise the amazing restaurants within the Fruit Market / Hull Old Town area.

Absolutely lovely stay at Dave’s Hull home, would definitely stay again! It’s got everything you need and is in a lovely spot near the aquarium with lots of little shops and brunch spots for your days off, while being close enough to town that it’s a nice walk or short uber. Communication was fab, thank you so much!

Perfect hosts with communication and ease of booking, fantastic to have gated parking, ideal location in the nicest part of Hull, house beautiful and almost the perfect digs, but second bedroom not the most comfortable. Thank you Jane and Dave!

A wonderful home in Hull. Very clean, modern and warm. Stayed for a week and was a lovely place to come back to every day. A short pleasant walk to the New Hull Theatre, and being near The Deep was a bonus! Would stay again. Thank you!

This place was one of our favourites on tour. It was immaculately clean and the perfect size for two people. The area it’s in is lovely and Dave and Jane were incredibly helpful. Would book again instantly next time I’m in Hull.

10/10 stay, couldn’t recommend these digs more. Really well furnished, really good pots/ pans etc. and in the nicest part of the city! Hosts have been great throughout, would stay here again any time

Has become my go-to digs in Hull, located in the nicest area (The Marina) and a quick 15 minute walk through town to the New Theatre. The house has everything you need with 2 comfortable rooms, lovely bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. Some lovely places for coffee/brunch around the corner too. Will definitely book again and again, any time I tour into Hull.

Beautiful Digs in the Fruit Market part of town! Really clean, tidy, it was like brand new! If there was just one thing, that would be a slightly better bed arrangement in the second room but other than that, 10 out 10! 100% would stay again!

We had a really wonderful stay in Dave’s accomodation. The house is lovely, very clean, with everything you’d need, and in a fantastic part of Hull. Another lovely stay here! will always book again when I go to Hull. Lovely location right on Humber street and only about a 15 min safe walk to the theatre.
Comfy beds, great shower and lots of pots and pans etc in the kitchen.
Great communication with Dave, when I asked what the latest we could check out was he let us leave at 2pm which was great after a load out.

These digs were great. Perfect price and location for Hull. Hosts sent over all the information we needed and left us a very clean space. We could have done with another set of keys and the small coffee table caught us a couple of times as it was quite sharp but on the whole great!

Recommended. Spent two great weeks here. In a very lovely part of Hull by the waterfront. Comfortable beds, great bathroom, kitchen space and living room. Very modern and clean. I didn’t drive but there is a gated access with parking to the rear of the house and rear entrance. About 15-20 mins walk to New Theatre via The Old Town. Thanks for hosting us. Jack
