Perfect for central Guildford theatres and train station (GUILDFORD)

A comfortable double room for solo visitors to the Guildford's theatres.

My home is a three-minute walk from Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and almost as close to other central theatres, the railway station, and the town centre.

You should note that there is no parking available.
You will have an ensuite shower room with your bedroom.

You will have open access to a shared kitchen, dining room and living room. There's a peaceful back garden in which you can relax - if you smoke you can smoke in the garden.
Payment on arrival is preferred.

My adult children may on occasion be home for a visit, especially at Christmas time.

My elderly labrador is at home with me and will be delighted to greet you at all times.
