Living with Host

What does this mean?

We have a spacious double room in the 'Avenues' area of Hull, perfectly located for the theatres.
We have lots of experience of hosting theatrical guests and the two main theatres are only a 30 minute walk or ten minute bus journey away.
The large family bathroom is only used by digs guests and you will also have use of the kitchen, washer/dryer, the garden and there is off-road parking for one car on first-come-first-served basis but the parking on the road is also free.
We have wifi and guests are permitted for an additional charge of £10 per night.
