Partying and excessive noise is not permitted in this development, failure to comply will lead to a fine. Any Damage should be reported immediately and an appropriate charge will apply. Due to being in a residential area, noise to be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am. Fire/gas Safety In the event of a fire please leave the building immediately and call 999. Please note no candles or naked flames are permitted in the property. Any damage or injury caused as a result of such items will be the responsibility of the lead booking name and any damages to the property will be chargeable. Whenever you leave the property please ensure that the cooker and lights are switched off. Electrical items that are brought into the property, are the responsibility of the lead booking name.
