What does this mean?

Our recently redecorated apartment is situated on the top floor of a beautiful Grade 2 listed Victorian school building. There is a lift to the top floor.

Its a fully serviced apartment with bedding and towels provided, along with a fully equipped kitchen and ultra fast WiFi.

Cleaning is provided at the beginning and end of your stay. For week+ stays we offer weekly complimentary cleaning and linen/towel changes.

The flat is split across three levels.

The hallway leads into the open plan living area which comprises seating area with two very comfortable 3 seater sofas, the dining area which seats 6 and the well equipped kitchen area.
The flat has a 65" smart tv in the main living area and ultra fast cable broadband.

3 bedrooms, two with ensuite and 1 downstairs WC

We have poured our love of special touches into our apartment in central Plymouth.

Cosy, peaceful and a great space to relax in inbetwen performance it offers incredible views out to sea & amazing sunset watching spots. The apartment is spread across three floors. Based in a beautiful old Victorian school building it has free secure gated parking. Only a short walk to Sutton Harbour, the Barbican, Hoe, Drakes Circus, Theatre Royal & more!
