What does this mean?

We offer a lovely, peaceful, en suite attic room with a double bed and access to kitchen facilities for individual theatre professionals.
The room is now fully en suite with a large shower room! A similar sized room is attached for relaxation and can be utilised as a second bed space if required though requiring an additional fee.

We offer a lovely, peaceful, en suite attic room with a double bed. The room is now fully en suite with a large shower room! A similar sized room is attached for relaxation and can be utilised as a second bed space if required though requiring an additional fee. We are happy to provide the materials for a light breakfast in the room but we are just as happy to welcome you to our kitchen!

The street is within 15 mins walk of the Royal and Derngate Theares and only 10 mins to centre of town.

Access is available to a lovely garden and large park from rear of property.
Northampton pool and health suite is 5mins walk away - it's a fabulous place to relax in the sauna/steam room!
Please note that we are a strictly no-smoking household which includes the garden and the house frontage. Don't proceed with your booking if this is a problem for you!
