What does this mean?

Luxurious annexe with private balcony, bedroom with en-suite, additional toilet with shower on the ground floor. Spacious living/dining/kitchen area with cooking facilities, fridge and freezer, sink and integrated dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for your convenience, a private outside space both at the front and rear, smoking permitted outdoors.

Guest Parking

There is a designated parking space situated on the drive of the property. This is provided free of charge.

The Area and Transport

Our annexe is located in a beautiful and pleasant area. Although it is semi-rural and very peaceful, it also boasts three pubs within walking distance that all provide delicious food. The Red Lion, The Swan Inn and The Boar’s Head. There is also a shop /Post office that amongst many other things can provide you with a cooked breakfast. Also within the pleasant surroundings is Wybunbury Moss, a sight of scientific interest along with Wybunbury Tower which can be seen from the balcony of the property.

This space is not shared with anyone else.

There is a room that locks on both sides. Beyond the locked door is where we live as hosts. We would have no access to the annexe during your stay. All the amenities and living space are solely for our guests. There is an outdoor patio area which has been fenced off for your privacy, it contains a garden table and chairs. On the front of the house there are two chairs and a small side table for your exclusive use, you may encounter the hosts arriving or leaving the property at this location. There is a washing machine for your exclusive use also.

Excluded Facilities

Access through the gate in the enclosed patio area is not permitted, this is for the hosts use only as we have dogs. Two very friendly springer spaniels who will be very curious. Please only park at the allocated parking space at the bottom as the drive at the top is required as a turning point for all vehicles.
