What does this mean?

Free super fast WIFI. Free parking. Free help yourself breakfast: coffee/tea & cereal or toast with honey or jam. Coffee & tea available anytime. Fully modernised house in which you will have access to your room, bathroom, kitchen, back garden and dining table. The room is a comfortable size, black out blind, has a small double sized bed, TV with Netflix & normal channels, room overlooks the back of the property in what is a quiet peaceful spot. It is a 20-25min walk to Queens Theatre.

Please enquire if coming by train as may be able to pick you up & drop back.

Guest Parking

It is all free parking where I live, which is around the back of my house on the left hand side.

The Area and Transport

The town centre & The Queens Theatre is a pleasant 25 minute walk away on a path mainly going through park areas and alongside the river but you also walk along the main road which would be a few minutes quicker. There is a local bus stop just opposite my house which can take you directly into town in under 5 minutes as well.

It is a quiet neighbourhood, there is a local pub/restaurant a 3 minute walk away called the Barum Gate. There is a fish and chip shop 5 minutes walk away and a Premier Express convenient store. There is also a big Tesco a 5 minute walk away as well.
