The house is in the quiet Roedean area, out to the east of Brighton. There is free parking at the house and the bus stop into town is a few minutes walk.

The house functions as shared accommodation for a group of people who know each other. The bedroom doors are not lockable. There are two upstairs bathrooms (one with bath one with shower) and downstairs WC.

The sheds at the back of the rear garden are not for guest use.

While I am not aware of any particular hazards, it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your child/children while staying at the property. Younger children should be supervised on the balcony and in the back garden.
