On road parking is always available, very quiet with minimal thru traffic.

The Area and Transport

Convenient, by car or close by public transport, for Southend Cliffs Pavillion and the Palace Theatre. Good selection of restaurants and takeaway a short walk away. The accommodation is in a respectable, residential area of Leigh on Sea.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable digs. Had a fantastic week staying here in Southend - bed was very comfy and a lovely sitting room which was a sun trap in the evening which was lush on a night off.
Good location too - Easy transport links to the Cliffs Pavillion, bus and trains regularly. Would 100% stay here again.

A very neat little apartment. Spotlessly clean and delightfully un-fussy and tidy. Quiet and peaceful and in a safe and civilised part of town. Hosts were ideal in their communication, but were not at all intrusive. I can't comment on the public transport options, but the journey in the car to Cliffs Pavilion is about 12 minutes. I would certainly book in here again on a return visit to Southend.
