Quiet guest room with immaculate full bathrooom for your personal use. Walking distance to town (20 mins). Modern living room for relaxing and doing jigsaws, or just reading. A very quiet property.
Guest Parking
Yes there is parking. You can park on the slate chip in front of my house, or on the street. It is a quiet street to park on.
The Area and Transport
My property is close enough to the centre of town to be able to walk there, but far enough away to feel that you are away from the hustle and bustle of town. The property is on a modern estate, which is very quiet. Situated south of the River Avon, I am close to Tiddington, and Charlecotte. For those in to cars, I am on the way to Caffeine and Machine!

This space is shared with 1 Host.
The guest bedroom is private to the guest. The bathroom on the same floor is solely for the use of the guest, and will not be used by the resident host. The host has a private bathroom on the third level which is not for the use of the guests.
The kitchen is shared by the guests and the host. You are welcome to use the tea, coffee, sugar and spices for your use, but all other food in the cupboards or fridge/freezer are the property of the host. You will have access to the fridge to store your items, as well as shelf space in a cupboard for your dry goods.
The kitchen leads to the utility room and a ground-floor toilet that you are welcome to use. The washing machine and dryer are available for your use. There is laundry soap available for use.

Other rules
My home is on three levels. The ground floor includes the kitchen, dining area, conservatory and access to enclosed garden. The laundry facilities are also on this level. Please keep this shared area tidy. Use the kitchen, but please clear up after you have cooked/eaten. Always use the dishwasher so that we can maintain a high level of cleanliness for crockery and cutlery. (Note that wooden chopping boards and wooden cooking utensils do not go in to the dishwasher).
The guest room, bathroom and living room are on the first floor. (Please leave shoes on the ground floor.) Make yourself comfortable on this floor. There is no television in the living room. It is a comfortable and quiet space for reading and relaxing. There is also a table for jigsaws.
The third level is the host private space and not for access to guests.
This is a lovely quiet neighbourhood with great neighbours. Please enjoy the area and respect the neighbourhood.

Catherine was a wonderful host and it was a pleasure to stay in her home. She made me feel very welcome, and we enjoyed a few cups of tea together while I was unwinding in the evenings after work. The bedroom was very comfortable and quiet, and I really enjoyed cooking in her kitchen. Overall I’ve had a fantastic stay; I would stay here again and would wholeheartedly recommend staying with Catherine!
