One single room in a detached house in a nice residential area easy access to the A12 onto Chelmsford and Ipswich and a 5 minute drive into Colchester town centre. The large garden has decking area, patio area, outside seating and is a quiet area of Colchester.

Lots of on street parking is available no issues with finding somewhere to park within the 30 second walk of the house

Easy access for public transport the trip into coastal town centre is approximately six minutes on the bus with the frequent service every 15 20 minutes
Within a 5-minute walk you have a Tesco express , cashpoint, a pub, Greggs, Turkish barber, traditional hairdresser, florist.
Within an 8-minute walk there is a Greene King pub/ restaurant
