Welcome to Parkside House. This lovely, self catering 3-bedroom 2 bathroom terraced house is suited in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful Northwood Park and located 8 minutes’ walk from The Regent Theatre. This property is ideal for theatre people in groups of 3, which each person having their own bedroom. The house is cleaned on a weekly basis for stays of 2 weeks or more.
There is free super fast WiFi throughout the house and each bedroom has a Smart TV. There is a family bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs.
The main upstairs bedroom has a 'Zip and Link' bed so that it can be twin single beds or a spacious large king size bed. The 2 other bedrooms have double beds.
The kitchen is well equipped with Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, and Washer Dryer and all the kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery to cater for a roast dinner feast. Guest have sole and private access to the whole property which includes a private rear yard.
Guest Parking
There is on street parking along the street. which is restricted from 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Sunday on the house side of the road. There is a Visitor Permit available, please contact host for details. For addtional vehicles, there is no restrictions on the park side of the house.
The Area and Transport
The house is located and 8-10 minute walk from the Regent Theatre and 6 minutes to Hanley City Centre, which has plenty of high street shops, restruants and bars. Tescos Extra and Lidl supermarkets. The main bus station is in the city centre and Stoke on Trent rail station is 7 minute taxi ride to the house (approx. £6.00). We also have 3 other houses in the immediate area, so it is likely that some of your colleagues will be close by too.

• Strictly NO parties or overnight guests. The only people in the house should be named guests that you have given us.
• We have a NO shoe policy in our home. Please leave shoes on the shoe rack provided and remember to pack your slippers
• We understand that accidents happen, we ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible
• We have a strict NO drug use policy.
• We kindly ask that you switch off lights and heating when not in use or leaving the house
• To be considerate to the neighbours we ask guests to keep things on the quieter-side from 10pm to 8am
• Please lock the front & back doors when entering & leaving the house. There are Security Cameras above the front & back doors to the house and only record images of the outside areas
• Please keep the house keys & Parking Permit safe and return these to the house when checking out. Failure to return any of these items will result in up to a £200.00 charge.
