Living with Host
The room is spacious and as a detached house relatively quiet so theatre professionals can rest in during the morning prior to working. The bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe space and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a small lounge located downstairs to which a guest can have exclusive access should they wish to relax or watch TV (sky TV is available)
Guest Parking
We have a double garage and driveway so guests will be offered the opportunity to park on the driveway if required
The Area and Transport
The village of Aston Clinton is just 15 minutes (in a car) away from the Waterside Theatre and is also serviced by many bus routes that go into Aylesbury Town. It is a quiet village with a Park (and a cafe in the park), a coffee shop and a couple of pubs offering food (The Oak, The Bell and Rothschild Arms). Our accommodation is quietly tucked away, offering some peace and quiet to any guests.

Shared and Excluded Facilities
This space is shared with 2 Hosts.
The guest bedroom booked is the ensuite double bedroom, upstairs to the rear of the house to which the guest will have private access. The ensuite bathroom does have an internal lock. The hallway, kitchen, downstairs wc & utility room, are shared.
Excluded Facilities
We are happy to share our home with any guests and are always conscious to give the guest the space they need for their own cooking when at the house.

There is parking on site with flat access to house, and a downstairs toilet however the guest room (with enduite) is located upstairs so mobility to ascend stairway is required.

We have grandchildren who visit so we do have safety gates, baby monitors, toys etc to hand

Lovely week with Wendy . Comfortable double room with ensuite. Parking out side and about a [REMOVED] min drive to Theatre. Would definitely recommend and stay again .

Wendy and Mark are lovely, the room & en-suite are fantastic, very spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
It’s a 15 minute drive to Aylesbury but that can fluctuate with traffic as there’s a lot of building work going on, but obviously this is obviously out of the hosts control

Wendy and Mark were lovely hosts, the room and their home was very comfortable and relaxing. In some ways my stay was all too short, I would have easily stayed longer if I had needed to. Highly recommend.

Wendy and mark were amazing hosts! So much privacy and space, I stayed here for tech as well as opening and would recommend to anyone. It’s a little further than a walk but the bus runs from directly outside the theatre, I was home in 20 min. I tended to get a taxi in for early starts.

The perfect hosts in the perfect digs! The room is very large and comfortable, the en suite is amazing, the shower is the best, the area is lovely, I really can’t recommend it enough. And Wendy and Mark are so lovely and helpful. 10/10
