What does this mean?

Hi. I’ve got 2 double rooms in a Victorian semi-detached house, 15-20 minutes walk from Malvern Theatres.

There’s off-road parking, and a second living room if anyone wants to relax downstairs. There’s a smoking shed for those that need it and a garden.

A share of kitchen facilities.

I live alone, with occasional visits by my girlfriend so it’s pretty quiet if you need it to be.

A really homely and relaxing place to stay. Toby was very welcoming and helpful, and I had everything I needed during the visit. The bed was very comfortable and having parking available was a big plus. The house has a very tranquil feel, and the surrounding area is beautiful with lovely scenery and a great common nearby for walks. It’s also easy to get to the theatre either by a pleasant walk or a quick bus ride. The little smoking shed was also very appreciated when the weather was rainy.
