15 to 20 minutes walk to the Wyvern Theatre downhill and longer uphill. 5 minutes walk away to the Arts Centre. A bus stop nearby in the next street.

Use of washing machine.
Use of kitchen, microwave, air fryer and gas cooker.
Central heating, use of garden, internet.
For your information, this is an old Victorian house with a downstairs bathroom (bath, shower, sink & toilet).
There is a second toilet and sink upstairs as well.

My house is 15 to 20 minutes walk (downhill) to the Wyvern Theatre. And 5 minutes walk to the Arts Centre. There’s a bus stop nearby in the next street.

I had a very comfortable stay here, and would highly recommend these digs.
Anne is a very friendly and welcoming host, she provided breakfast, and tea & coffee, and went to a lot of trouble to make sure I had everything I needed. I was particularly grateful for the lift to the station!
The room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of storage space. It was very quiet, and peaceful
The area seemed quite quiet- it was a c. 20m walk to the Wyvern, or there are frequent buses close by.

Swindon may have its ups & downs, but this stay exceeded expectations. Clean, quiet, & perfect for performers. Anne was incredibly welcoming—she even took me grocery shopping & made me feel right at home.
I especially loved how close the location is to the theatre, making everything super convenient. If you’re looking for a peaceful, friendly, & comfortable place to stay in Swindon, I can’t recommend this spot enough. I’ll definitely be booking again! Be kind & spread love! 💕
