Lovely self contained one bedroom upper flat. Fully equipped kitchenette with washing machine. Modern shower room, comfortable open plan living and dining area. Easily accessible from Nottingham, Leicester, Grantham etc. Close to A46 but very rural. No public transport, but free parking on enclosed yard. Nearest shops/supermarket 5 miles. Quiet and peaceful. We live on site, but this has its own access in a separate building. This is the upstairs of my other listing. All linens provided. New/exchange linens provided approx two weekly. Price quoted is for single occupancy.
