What does this mean?

Our apartments are clean, quiet, comfortable. stylishly decorated and provide the privacy that you would have at home. Our bedding is hypo-allergenic with a choice of two pillow types and our linen is professionally laundered. You will have the use of a well equipped kitchen and private bathroom with shower, a flat screen TV, wi-fi, streaming services and a bike store out back - its home away from home.

The Area and Transport

The Wearmouth is one of four apartments contained inside No. 5 Roker Terrace, Roker, Sunderland. It has a King bed in the bedroom and a sofa to sleep one in the living area. It has spectacular sea views and is close to a number of bars, cafe's and restaurant's. It is a 42 minute walk from the apartments to the Sunderland Empire or an eight minute car journey. Alternatively, there is a bus stop opposite the building, hop on the E1 for a 15 minute ride into the city centre.
