Quaky small self-contained vaulted one-bedroom basement Apartment, on the lower ground level. Access via a set of metal stairs from the pavement to the lower ground. Leading from the courtyard, you will find your own entrance. The front door takes you into the lounge with low ceilings, so not suitable for someone who is tall. Lounge, Wet room, with shower and Bath.
Kitchen fully equipped, fridge freezer, cooker, microwave.
Hall with hanging and language space leading to the double bedroom.

Approximately 5 minutes walk to the theatre.
