Welcome to Northwood Park View. This lovely, self catering 3-bedroom 1.5 bathroom terraced house is suited in a quiet location overlooking the beautiful Northwood Park and located 11 minutes’ walk from The Regent Theatre.
This property is ideal for family and friends up to 5 to share. Or for business colleagues / contractors in groups from 2 - 5 who require separate space.
Fresh Bed Linen, a Hand Towel and Bath Sheet is provided for each Guest. The house is cleaned on a weekly basis for stays of 2 weeks or more with fresh Bed Linen and Towels provided.
There is free super fast Virgin WiFi throughout the house, and there is on street parking along the street. which is restricted from 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Sunday on the house side of the road. There is a Visitor Permit available, please contact host for details.
The 2 main upstairs bedrooms both have 'Zip and Link' beds so that they can be twin single beds or a spacious large king size bed. There's 1 bedroom downstairs which has a double bed, 40" smart TV, built in wardrobe with chest of draws and a lock on the door. The main lounge has 2 large comfy sofas, a dining table and 40" Smart TV. There is a large 3 piece bathroom with over bath shower and an additional separate WC with wash hand basin. The kitchen is well equipped with Fridge Freezer, Dishwasher, and Washer Dryer and all the kitchen utensils, cookware, crockery and cutlery to cater for a 5 people roast dinner feast.
Guest have sole and private access to the whole property which includes a private rear outside space.

Other rules
• Strictly NO parties or overnight guests. The only people in the house should be named guests that you have given us.
• We have a NO shoe policy in our home. Please leave shoes on the shoe rack provided and remember to pack your slippers
• We understand that accidents happen, we ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible
• We have a strict NO drug use policy.
• We kindly ask that you switch off lights and heating when not in use or leaving the house
• To be considerate to the neighbours we ask guests to keep things on the quieter-side from 10pm to 8am
• Please lock the front & back doors when entering & leaving the house. There are Security Cameras above the front & back doors to the house and only record images of the outside areas
• Please keep the house keys & Parking Permit safe and return these to the house when checking out. Failure to return any of these items will result in up to a £200.00 charge.

Valerie’s Property is perfect for the theatre!
Less than a ten min walk and very clean with everything you need! Valerie and Andy are both very attentive and fixed any issues we had instantly, would happily stay again and recommend!

Really great, spacious digs about a ten minute walk from the Regent Theatre. Hosts are very responsive and understanding, they even let us add people to the booking midway through the stay when my coworkers digs fell through. Would definitely recommend!

The house was very spacious with a lovely living area, and all amenities provided in the kitchen. It was extremely handy having a spare toilet in addition to the main bathroom! Valerie was very responsive to any messages I sent, and very clear in her communication. The walk to the theatre takes about 14 minutes. There is a bit of a hill, but there is an alternative route that only adds on a couple of minutes if you want to avoid it. Thank you for posting my pillow back to me! Much appreciated!

Absolutely fabulous digs in Stoke (Hanley), other side of the hill to the town centre, digs were clean, beds super comfy and Valerie was so accommodating! Will happily stay here again when I’m next at the Regent!

Excellent digs, would definitely stay again, this is my second stay. Everything you need in kitchen, Excellent communication and help. Only 15 mins walk to the Regent Theatre.

These digs are excellent. So much so I’ve stayed here both times I’ve toured to Stoke and would stay again. 3 gorgeous large bedrooms all with double beds is hard to find on tour, and for the great price and great location, you can’t ask for more. Kitchen is kitted out and bathroom is very clean and new.

My colleagues and I had a really lovely week here. Valerie was so helpful and quick to respond to messages. The house is clean, tidy, beautifully laid out and very comfortable. The walk into the theatre is easy and quick as well. We had a great week and I’d definitely book here again if I returned to Stoke-On-Trent.

My 2 colleagues and I had a great stay in Valerie's house. It was perfect for our needs and Valerie could not have been more helpful or accommodating. Great location opposite a park and about 10 mins walk into the town. You need to stay here!

A very clean and comfortable home, everything you could need. Lots of available parking which is always a plus and only a 10 minute walk to the Regent Theatre.
