Living with Host

What does this mean?

You will enjoy the biggest bedroom in the house (!) with its own en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, basin, loo, bidet) in our handsome 2 storey 1930s detached house. There is a super-king sized bed (with Tempur mattress) desk, chair & 2 armchairs, a large double fitted wardrobe & chest of draws all exclusively for your use. The room is huge, light & airy with a double aspect to the front & back gardens, & 2 big radiators for heating. You have full access to the large sunny garden & terrace, as well as all communal spaces, hall, stairs & landing, the large open plan kitchen (Aga/gas hob & oven) the fridge, washing machine & tumble dryer in the utility room.
We’re 1.1m from CFT so you can walk (25 mins) cycle (10 mins) or bus from outside (5 mins), Chichester town centre is another 300m from the theatre so really close. The area is really safe.

One designated medium sized space in our private drive.

The Area and Transport

We’re situated 1 mile away from CFT so 1.2 miles to Chichester town centre; so we’re close to all amenities, restaurants, pubs, supermarkets etc. Most guests cycle (CFT offers bikes FOC & we can store securely), or walk (25 mins), there’s a direct bus to CFT from outside the house (5 mins). We also offer a parking space in our drive if you bring your car :) You’ll save loads on transport costs staying with us!
Good Co-op (7am-10pm) & fish & chips, 3 mins walk from the house. Chichester station is a 15 min cycle or bus from us or 10 mins in a taxi. North of us in an instant, you can be in the heart of the stunning South Downs National Park. The Blue flag white sands of West Wittering beach is a 25 min drive away.
FYI we are happy to accommodate the occasional visit from 1 family member only or 1 partner/friend during your stay here, just please ask first :)
