Ruben was a lovely host. He allowed me to shorten my stay after my circumstances had changed and was lovely about it.
The room was big, had a lovely bed, the flat itself is quite spacious and Ruben really welcomed you into the home; I’d definitely stay here again

A clean, spacious and comfortable room with plenty of storage. Ruben was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Ideally located in the centre of town with the station a five minute walk and theatres less than ten, everything was easy to access. I would highly recommend staying at these digs and will book again next time I am in Eastbourne.

I had a fabulous stay at Ruben's. The bed is very comfortable and a lovely spacious room.
The flat is really close to town and the theatres and I would highly recommend staying here.

Ruben was a lovely host, had a great stay. House is a quick 10 minute walk to the theatre and very centrally located for shops, would recommend if staying in Eastbourne!
