Spacious kitchen and dinning area that you are welcome to use.
Its a quiet household, with just me and my partner and I'm at work most of the time. BUT we got a puppy in the summer, who is doing well with training but is still very excitable! We haven’t lived here long, and it’s a bit of a project for us, so you may come back to us decorating a room!
I have worked in the industry for 20 years and understand your needs, and will not be waiting up for you!
Guest Parking
There is metered guest parking on the street, and for short stays I can get some guest permits.
For longer stays there is a road not far that is unrestricted parking, although spaces are limited. We are in the U-Lez zone so please check before arrival what you will need to pay.
The Area and Transport
Tooting is a great part of London, with lots of restaurants and bars on the door step. Its vibrant and safe to walk around late at night as the high street is always busy. We are 2 min down a side road.
7min walk to Tooting Broadway Tube Station, that will take you on the Northern Line into town, it takes around 25min to the center.
There is also an overground line 5min walk away that will take you to Wimbledon in 5min or to Blackfriars and Farringdon, Please be aware it only runs every 30min so you need to get the timing right!

Really easy to get in and out of Wimbledon, on street parking about a 10 mins walk.

A fantastic stay with Nic and Cal, they really are super hosts. Very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room was great, spacious and well equipped, plus plenty of space in shared areas of the house. Location was great - approx a 10 minute walk to Tooting Broadway on the Northern Line and so easy access into the city centre, but with plenty of shops and amenities close at hand. Cannot recommend a stay here enough.
