Room/Ammenities:
Large, double room in an extremely clean and modern, newly renovated flat. Sharing with host couple, Corrina and Tom.

Shared use of brand new kitchen, brand new bathroom (bath/shower) and little snug. Fast, reliable WiFi throughout. Bedroom has a lovely firm mattress, sheets and towels provided. Washing machine, clothes airer, dishwasher and hairdryer also available.

You will have an empty wardrobe with shelves, desk/chair, drawer/storage space in the bathroom, your own cupboard in the kitchen, two shelves in the fridge, freezer space and access to all the usual pots, pans and kitchen equipment.

Check in after 3pm, check out by 11am but we will always try to be flexible.

Guest Parking

Paid on street parking nearby. Very limited free parking in nearby industrial estate.

The Area and Transport

We are located in the best commuters spot in Southwest London. A 10 minute walk to Earlsfield Station which has fast trains every few minute going to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo (central London) OR a 5 minute bus/20 minute walk to Tooting Broadway underground serviced by the Northern Line. Several key bus routes run directly outside of our flat.

West End/Central London theatres, New Wimbledon Theatre, Polka Theatre, Tara Arts, BAC, Richmond Theatre, Orange Tree Theatre, Theatre 503 and Rose Kingston are all within a max 35 minute commute, most are walkable.

Earlsfield is an extremely safe, peaceful and fashionable area. With brunch spots, speciality coffee and reformer pilates aplenty. You’ll find everything from KFC to Korean, Domino’s to Yard Sale and Nazmin’s, one of the best Indian’s in SW London.

We have an abundance of green spaces nearby and for a night out Tooting Broadway is a 5 minute bus away (Tooting’s Market rivals Brixton any day.)
