What does this mean?

Two double rooms in a leafy Victorian pedestrianised street which is two minutes walk from South Gosforth metro station.

Trains are very regular and take 10 minutes to get to the city centre and theatres. It is 20 minutes from the airport.

There is a 10-minute walk through the park to Gosforth high street where there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and plenty of buses into town.

I have a recently converted (2017) loft space with en-suite toilet and shower room and another double bedroom on the first floor. Both rooms are warm, light, spacious, and have a TV and Wi-Fi.

I have a small garden to the front and a pleasant yard at the back of the house which you are free to use.

You will be sharing the house with me and my cat (who is not allowed in the bedrooms, in case you are allergic)
