2 Rooms available in spacious 3 bed flat with lovely views in Keswick. In 'The Middle Room' has a small double 4ft bed. 'The Bigger Room' has a standard double bed.

Share bathroom (with both tub and walk in shower), and kitchen with host. Very quiet and night and at weekends.
On-street parking (surprisingly, not often crowded). The Theatre By The Lake is fairly level walking distance (maybe 20 mins?).

The flat is a short way up a steep hill, and there is a flight of concrete steps to the entrance.

On street parking. Not usually a problem here, despite it being a heavily touristed area.

The Area and Transport

About 20 minute walk to Theatre By The Lake, it's probably one of the best commutes you'll ever do.
The flat is in a residential area and very quiet at night, but it is above a car mechanic, so there is a bit of noise during the working day.

Lucinda was a joy to stay with! The flat is warm, clean and accessible to the theatre and I really enjoyed my time there. My family and friends were also welcome at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Lu is a gem of a person, and a wonderful, respectful, and caring host. The flat is gorgeous, and the view is UNBELIEVABLE! I will absolutely be contacting Lu again if I ever get to go back to Keswick. Best digs experience I've ever had!

Lucinda is an extremely kind and chill host. Was the perfect environment to end a tour in. Great location, easy walking distance from Theatre by the Lake. Lucinda offered a great amount of space and quality of facilities and then just left us to our own devices. She created a very trusting and creative space with all her art around. Loved it. Wish you all the best Lucinda!

Lucinda was a communicative and lovely host and her home was exceptionally clean and comfortable. It was a short stay so I didn't make use of many amenities but Lucinda has it all thought-out for her guests - cupboard/fridge space, wifi, even shortcuts to the theatre .etc. Thanks again for hosting me!

Thank you so so so much! Lucinda was an absolutely excellent host. I am actually a little sad I wasnt able to spend more time in her company. The house was beautiful, absolutely breath taking views from all windows. Incredibly clean, organised and tidy while still feeling very homely. Super cosy, and comfortable. I had a really special time staying here. Thank you :)
